Last night we had our first 'full' electric band rehearsal for ages. It was really an endurance test for me to see how long I could actually play for in one hit and whether it would be long enough to do a gig. I managed two whole hours! Sore thumb this morning, but nothing terrible. So we can start taking bookings again. Hell, it felt SO good to play loud raucous music again and even my Les Dawson style interpretation of 'Delilah' was fun.
Once again dear hearts, lock up your daughters, warn your sons and hide the pies, Cap'n Rock'n'Roll is back!

But what trousers were you wearing?
ReplyDeleteWell, the big questions first huh? Despite having been the owner of several pairs of specialist pantaloons down through the years, I'm afraid I was wearing 'bog standard' blue jeans. Not for me the frippery of white silicone strides!
